Black leaf cow parsley,  glamorous and slightly mysterious looking, foamy white flowers which are brilliant for cutting.  NB  Hardy Biennial though ours seem to grow and flower in the same year!  Self-seeds freely so remove spent flower heads if you want to avoid that.
