Unusual and attractive Canary Island shrub-like perennial with orange-brown-yellow tubular flowers and leathery, dark green, lance shape leaves.  This is a plant for the greenhouse or conservatory. Suitable outside only in mild frost-free gardens going no lower than -5C.  H. 5'  S. 3'. Can be grown outside in containers and brought in for winter protection.  Partial shade and fertile, well-drained soil.  1 or 2 litre pots.
