Filippi) This rosemary forms a mound, has very fine green leaves which are particularly scented, sometimes taking on a purplish tone in winter. The flowers are a deep, vibrant blue, fading gently as they age. According to Olivier, this will go to -10C and grows to a height and spread of just around 3’.
