The blue tissue-paper-like flowers appear in early summer. A group of these gently swaying in a breeze is an unforgettably lovely sight.  Green, slightly bristly leaves.  Prefers moist soil and partial shade. H around 3' or a bit more.  Hardy.  2 litre pots.
