Grown for its beautifully coloured foliage this gets to around 15' to 25' tall. This lovely small, multi-stemmed tree has heart shaped leaves which often turn yellow in autumn. Its flowers, which aren't very conspicuous, can be deep crimson, pink, or sometimes white, emerging in spring on bare stems. It's happy in full sun and is hardy but once planted, don't disturb it.
